School Success involves a collaborative team approach: Parents & Educators working together!
Because attention, anxiety, mood, and executive functioning difficulties can hamper major life activities including learning, many children with these challenges can benefit from additional assistance and/or accommodations at school. We can help parents determine what educational assistance their child needs, and provide assistance in collaborating with educators to meet their student’s unique needs.
Our psychoeducational assessment is designed to identify intellectual, executive functioning and learning strengths and needs of children, teens, college students, and adults.
Our dyslexia assessment is designed to identify or rule-out symptoms of dyslexia, intellectual, and learning strengths and needs of children, teens, and college students.
We can help your education team learn how to identify and develop these important executive skills in all students: goal directed persistence, time management, planning, prioritizing, task initiation, organization, self-monitoring, cognitive flexibility, and response inhibition.
Our team helps private schools provide special services necessary to remain competitive. From a half-day or whole-day inservice to a long-term consultative relationship, we can provide the level of support you need.
