Dulce Torres is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Board Certified Coach, and the founder of DST Counseling & Coaching Services, specializing with ADHD therapy and coaching. After over 20 years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents and families, Dulce expanded her practice to work with teenagers, college students and adults as an ADHD Coach during the past 6 years.
Dulce’s passion is to tap into each person’s strengths and partner with them to help them follow their own life compass.
Dulce volunteers as the coordinator of North Texas Chapter of Children and Adults with ADHD (CHADD). She is a member of ADHD Coaching Organization, Texas Counseling Association, and Texas Association of School Based Health Centers. Dulce is fluent in Spanish and is a columnist for El Panorama newspaper.
